What types of typing services do you offer?

I offer a variety of typing services including copy typing from handwritten notes, old printed or typed documents, and digital files, along with scanning documents. I do not provide transcription services or audio typing services..
Are you willing to travel to my home to carry out a typing project for me?

I do not provide this type of service. I prefer to carry out all work from my home office. You are very welcome to either post the work directly to my home address or drop it off in person.
Do you provide an audio typing service?

No I don't.
Do you provide a transcription service?

No I don't.
Can I come and wait inside your home while you type my project?

This is not possible. It is best for you to either post the work directly to my home address or drop it off in person. Then I can complete your project in an arranged timescale and notify you once it has been completed.
How can I contact you for a quote or more information?

You can contact me via email at nicola.jayne.burrow@icloud.com or through my website's contact form. I aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.
How do you ensure the confidentiality of my documents?

I take confidentiality very seriously. All documents are handled with the utmost discretion, and I have strict protocols in place to ensure your information remains secure.
What payment methods do you accept?

I accept payments via bank transfer, cash or cheque. All payments are processed in GBP.
